Park Square has placed Jen Swensson as the Vice President of People at Casepoint. Casepoint is a SaaS company providing a legal technology platform used by corporations, government agencies, and law firms to meet their complex eDiscovery, investigations, and compliance needs.
Swensson most recently served as Chief People Officer at Deepwatch, a private cybersecurity company that scaled from 30 to 450 employees during her tenure.
Previously, she was as Vice President of Global Human Resources at KLDiscovery, a global provider of litigation support and data recovery services. In this role, she was responsible for leading all HR initiatives for 2,500 global employees across 19 countries.
Earlier in her career, she held human resources roles at MHM Services, a privately held provider of mental health and forensic services, and Sidera Networks, a telecommunication company that was acquired by Lightower Fiber Networks.
Swensson received a B.A. in Graphic Design from George Mason University.
