Park Square has placed Brad Gaffin as a Talent Partner at Khosla Ventures (KV), where he will be responsible for leading executive talent recruitment initiatives across the firm’s healthcare and life sciences portfolio. Brad’s appointment represents another key placement that Park Square has made for KV, having previously recruited Robert Gould and Nessan Bermingham as an Operating Partners in 2021. 

Gaffin most recently served as Associate Director of Talent at Roivant Sciences, in which capacity he ran full cycle searches for Roivant and their subsidiaries. Earlier, he held roles of increasing responsibility at an executive search firm, ultimately serving as a Principal. 

Gaffin received his B.A. in Educational Studies at Colby College.
