Park Square is pleased to announce the placement of Michael Gonzales, Ph.D., as Vice President, Marketing at Inscripta. Inscripta is a pioneering life science technology company that develops digital genome engineering solutions which enable the discovery and development of novel products across multiple industries, including sustainability, food and agriculture, synthetic biology, and biotechnology. To date, Inscripta has raised over $450 million in aggregate funding from top-tier investors.

Dr. Gonzales joins the company with two decades of commercial and scientific experience. He most recently served as Head of Marketing within the Genome Engineering and Modulation unit at MilliporeSigma. Previously, he founded and Wheelwell, a visual platform for the automotive market. Earlier in his career he held roles in informatics and computational biology at Celgene and DoubleTwist, and also served as a Marketing Director at Apple leading the company’s efforts in science and technology.

Dr. Gonzales received his B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology, as well as his Ph.D. in Cell Biology, from Texas A&M University.
