MiNDERA is a San Diego area VC-backed company developing and commercializing next-generation medical technology that utilizes molecular-genetic science to enable a new era of skin analytics.

Mahaffey most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Clarify Medical, Inc. Previously, Mahaffey served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Neothetics, Inc. Prior to this role, Mahaffey served in various positions at Peplin, Inc., including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Mahaffey received his B.S. from University of Delaware and his M.B.A. from University of South Florida.
