Hybrid Design Associates and Surface Mount Company has appointed Brad Tesch as Chief Executive Officer. Tesch previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Development (2012-2014) and Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing (2007-2012) at OnCore Manufacturing, LLC. Prior to joining OnCore Manufacturing, Tesch served as Vice President, Operations at Veritek Manufacturing. From 2000-2006, Tesch worked at Dynamic Details, Inc. where he served as Chief Operating Officer (2005-2006) and Vice President, Value Added Operations (2000-2005). Prior, Tesch served as Vice President, Operations (1996-2000) and Director, Engineering and Manufacturing (1990-1996) at Hi-Tech Manufacturing. His early career included roles at AT&T Corporation (Manufacturing Process Engineer) and Bell Telephone Laboratories (Mechanical Design Engineer). 

Tesch received his M.E. from Metro State & Colorado University and his A.A.S.M.E. (Mechanical Engineering Associates of Applied Sciences) from Western Iowa Tech.
