Women are mentally tougher than men

Perhaps this isn't breaking news, but this study analyzes men and women tennis players and points to women handling the more stressful moments in a match better than men. Translated to the work environment, when the chips are down, we ought to be looking to our female colleagues to lead.

"I feel we can confidently say that in the world of elite tennis, women are better under pressure than men are. They choke less. Whether that translates to other competitive settings remains to be seen.
