Park Square Places Andrew Yohannes as Chief Information Officer at Exo, Inc.

Park Square is pleased to announce the placement of Andrew Yohannes as Chief Information Officer at EXO, a technology-enabled infrastructure asset management and integrity services leader that helps utilities, energy, telecommunications, and other critical infrastructure owners proactively protect, extend, and optimize their structural assets. The company was founded in 2009 and is backed by NMS Capital.

Andrew most recently served as Chief Information Officer of USA DeBusk, an H.I.G. Capital-backed industrial cleaning services company, where he was the first CIO hire and built the information technology function from the ground up. There, he implemented an Oracle ERP platform in approximately one year, established an enterprise cybersecurity program, and deployed a Snowflake-based data platform that reduced the monthly financial close from five days to an overnight process. Prior to USA DeBusk, Yohannes served as Vice President of Information Technology at Crestwood Midstream Partners, where he led the technology integration following the company's acquisition by Energy Transfer, and as Director of Enterprise Applications at Buckeye Partners. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Accenture and IKON Office Solutions.

Yohannes holds an M.B.A. from the University of the Incarnate Word and earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
