Park Square places Jack Crowley as Chief Financial Officer at August Bioservices

Park Square is pleased to announce the placement of Jack Crowley as Chief Financial Officer at August Bioservices. Backed by Oak HC/FT, August Bio is leading, fully-integrated CDMO specializing in sterile injectables.

Crowley brings a rich history operating growth-stage, PE-sponsored life sciences companies. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of AVS Bio, an Arlington Capital Partners-backed provider of pathogen-free laboratory products and services. Prior, he was Chief Financial Officer of Binx Health, a point-of-care diagnostics company backed by OrbiMed, EQT Life Sciences, and Hildred Capital Management.

Previously, Crowley held CFO positions at Ora, an ophthalmology-focused CRO and PGDx, an NEA-backed molecular diagnostics company. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Lantheus Medical Imaging, Biogen Idec, and Fisher Scientific. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent seven years in the life sciences practice.

Crowley holds a B.S. in Business Management from Westfield State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
