Park Square Executive Search is pleased to announce the placement of Brian Stephenson, Ph.D., C.F.A., as Chief Financial Officer at Faeth Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FTH), a clinical-stage biotechnology company rethinking the science of cancer through a deep mechanistic understanding of metabolism. The company’s lead program is PIKTOR, an investigational all-oral combination of serabelisib and sapanisertib in development for endometrial and breast cancer.
Brian most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of BridgeBio Pharma, a company he helped build from its founding in 2015 through its IPO and exponential growth into a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company. At BridgeBio, he pioneered a portfolio-theory-driven financial model that enabled the company to advance more than a dozen programs across genetic diseases and oncology. Prior to BridgeBio, Brian served as Partner and Head of Life Sciences at Capital IP Investment Partners, worked as Director and Vice President at Leerink Partners, and began his career as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey.
Brian holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
