Park Square Executive Search has placed Jonathan Sussman as Chief Product and Technology Officer at SETWorks, a software platform that helps disability service agencies streamline operations, compliance, and service delivery.

Sussman joins SETWorks from BlueConic, a Vista Equity Partners-backed customer data platform, where he served as Head of Product for Jebbit following Vista’s 2024 merger of the two companies. Prior to the merger, he was Chief Product Officer at Jebbit, helping scale the business from $2 million to $15 million in annual recurring revenue.

Earlier in his career, Sussman held senior product leadership roles at Adelphic, where he helped grow the company from $8 million to $60 million prior to its acquisition by Viant Technology, as well as at Nanigans, AT&T AdWorks, and Yahoo.

Sussman began his career at NCC Media and earned a B.A. in Economics and Music from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
