Park Square is pleased to announce two executive placements at three+one: Ben Sebree has been appointed Chief Product and Technology Officer, and Bob Tenzillo has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer. three+one provides liquidity and treasury solutions to public entities, including municipalities, counties, K-12 school districts, authorities, higher education institutions (public and private), and nonprofit organizations. In 2025, the company secured its first institutional funding through a majority investment from private equity sponsor, Polaris Growth Fund (PGF).

Sebree brings deep experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, leading AI-driven innovation, and delivering new product solutions across private equity-backed companies serving both the public and private sectors. He joins from CivicPlus, which provides a cloud based platform and integrated services for local governments to manage civic engagement across North America. While there, Sebree advanced through a series of senior product and engineering leadership roles that culminated in his time as SVP, Product Management. He also contributed to the company’s acquisition by Insight Partners. Earlier in his career, he held product management roles at Lexmark Enterprise Software, which was acquired by Xerox.  He received his M.B.A and B.S. from Kansas State University.

Tenzillo is an accomplished sales leader who has successfully built and scaled go-to-market functions, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at eDynamic Learning, a PE-backed (Gauge Capital) edtech company that doubled in revenue during his tenure before being acquired by Pearson. Prior, he served as Chief Sales Officer at Elevate K-12, a venture-backed (Arsenal Growth, General Catalyst, and Delaware Street Capital) operator of a remote learning and instruction platform, which grew from $3 to $32 million in revenue under his leadership.  Earlier, he held revenue leadership roles at Chicago Office Technology Group, a subsidiary of Xerox, and at Dex Media.  Tenzillo received his B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
