Bob has more than thirty years of experience in the technology sector, spanning the software, digital media, and gaming sectors.  Bob has spent the past four years as both a Partner and a Global Sector Lead for global executive search firms where he successfully established himself as a trusted partner to technology CEOs and investors. 

Before his career in executive search, Bob held senior operating roles across some of the most influential digital media and technology companies of the past two decades. He served as Chief Revenue Officer at Imgur, where he rebuilt the company’s advertising strategy and grew brand advertising revenue by more than 500%, positioning the company for a successful exit. He spent nearly a decade at Fandom.com, where he launched and scaled the global sales organization and established international operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. He also held leadership roles at IDG Entertainment/GamePro, AOL GameDaily, Dialpad, and earlier in his career led sales teams at LookSmart and CNET Networks. Through this broad operating experience, Bob has developed a deep understanding of how leadership and recruitment decisions impact performance, valuation, and exit outcomes.
