Sean brings nearly a decade of experience in executive search, successfully connecting top talent with high growth companies, primarily in the software market, spanning a range of functional areas including product and technology, finance, and sales and marketing. He began his career in the infrastructure software industry with SoftLayer before moving into executive search, first at a large, global firm and later at a mid-sized boutique, where he honed his craft recruiting senior executives for leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
