Park Square Places Stephen Byrnes as Chief Sales Officer at Valant

Park Square is pleased to announce the placement of Stephen Byrnes as Chief Sales Officer at Valant. Valant is a private, PE-backed provider of SaaS solutions for behavioral health practice management and electronic health record (“EHR”).

Byrnes brings a compelling breath of experience as a sales leader and has sold a broad range of products across multiple industries. Byrnes most recently served as Chief Sales Officer at Bloomerang, a private-equity backed cloud-based donor management CRM and fundraising platform for nonprofits. Prior, he has served in various sales leadership roles, including Chief Sales Officer at Ascentis Corporation, a human capital management (HCM) SaaS company selling to SMB markets and as Vice President, Sales at SPS Commerce, Inc., a publicly traded SaaS business connecting retailers and consumer goods with their supply chain networks.

Byrnes received his M.A. at the College of Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University and B.A. at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Drake University.
