Park Square is pleased to announce the placement of Marcus Bradshaw as Chief Financial Officer at Vehicle Management Solutions (VMS), the nation’s leading provider of dispatch, vehicle storage, and traffic incident management services.
Bradshaw is a seasoned, broadly experienced financial executive who has been a part of building and leading PE backed businesses and developing impactful teams. Bradshaw most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Intelex, a privately held company that produces wellness products. Prior, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at numerous PE-backed technology enabled services businesses, including AmeriMark Interactive, SG360, and PromoWorks, LLC.
Bradshaw received an M.BA. in Finance and Strategy and B.A. in Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago and The University of Notre Dame, respectively.
