SaNOtize’s Board Appoints Steven Basta as New Chief Executive Officer

SaNOtize Research and Development Corp. (“SaNOtize”), a Canadian anti-infective-focused therapeutics company, today announced that the company has appointed Steven Basta, an experienced biopharma and medical device commercial leader, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Co-Founder Gilly Regev, PhD, will transition from her role as CEO to Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at SaNOtize and will remain a member of its Board of Directors.
