Park Square places Kirill Gordeitchik as Head, Strategy and Corporate Development at Action Title Research

Park Square is pleased to announce the placement of Kirill Gordeitchik as Head, Strategy and Corporate Development at Action Title Research, a property research company that utilizes their SmartSearch technology to deliver quick and on target search results.

Gordeitchik most recently served as Director, Corporate Development and M&A at AmTrust Financial Services and previously, he worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey. Prior, he worked in Transaction Advisory Services at Alvarez & Marsal.

Gordeitchik received his B.S. in Analytical Finance from Lehigh University.
