Park Square is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Gomez, Ph.D., to the position of Principal, Investments at Mubadala Capital. Mubadala Capital was established in 2011 as the financial investment arm of Mubadala Investment Company (“Mubadala”), one of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds, with over U.S. $232 billion of assets.   

Gomez most recently served as Vice President, Asset Acquisition and Head, Strategic Partnering at BridgeBio. Previously, Gomez served as Co-founder and Director of Business Development at Stingray Therapeutics. Earlier in his career, Gomez served in various roles at Salarius Pharmaceuticals, including Manager, Nonclinical Studies and Associate Director, Business Development. 

Gomez received his B.S. in Biological Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Ph.D. in Biological Engineering (Molecular and Synthetic Biology) from Rice University.
