Bernstein most recently served as Senior Associate at MRL Ventures Fund. Prior to this role, Bernstein was an Associate at Flagship Pioneering. Her previous work experience includes Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers Health Industries Advisory. 

Bernstein received her B.S. from University of Maryland and her Ph.D. from University of Pennsylvania.
