Melts most recently served as General Manager, U.S. and Chief Financial Officer at Equashield. He previously served as Director, Suppliers at Femi Premium. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Howden Insurance Brokers, and Chief Financial Officer at Davidoff Insurance (acquired by Howden Insurance Brokers).
