Entellus Medical, Inc. has appointed Robert White as President and Chief Operating Officer.

White joins Entellus Medical from TYRX, Inc. where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior, he served in various roles at Medtronic, Inc. (which acquired TYRX); most recently, he served as President, Kyphon with earlier roles including: Vice President, Corporate Development; Vice President, U.S. Sales and Global Marketing, Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management; and President, Physio Control. Previously, he served in roles at Instromedix/LifeWatch as President and Chief Executive Officer. His earlier career included positions at Liquid Borders, Inc.; IVAC Medical Systems, Inc.; Eli Lilly and Company; and General Electric.

White received an MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. from University of Missouri.
